Diet is the way you eat. The word does
not mean restriction, although the word has become associated with the
over use of the word "dieting" to represent a low calorie or a
restricted intake of certain foods.
A diet is instinctive to who you are and
what you are. Therefore, finding the best diet
for you involves a process of knowing who you are. You've probably heard
the common adage, "You are what you eat", but it is also fair
to say, you eat what you are! The stress of contemporary life gives us
another saying to chew on, "it is not so much what you are eating,
as what is eating you."
